|Birmingham born Anthony is a former student of
Stourbridge College of Art and Birmingham College of Art. At the age of 16 he was the youngest art student to exhibit paintings at the Royal Birmingham Society of
Artists and at the age of 19 was the outright winner out of 500 entries in the West Midland Art Festival. Upon leaving Art College he trained as a silversmith,
eventually setting up his own manufacturing company before becoming a professional artist in 1975.
The next 10 years were spent carving out his own “Back to Basics” Grand Tour, travelling and painting through France, Spain and Italy where he became absorbed and inspired with the challenges and passions found as an artistic adventurer. Following countless exhibitions he turned his attention to the USA. His launch into the
North American market came via the prestigious “Arthur Gallery” in Carmel and the “Hamilton Gallery” in Bermuda.
